Delivery and conditions of sale
DELIVERY
For orders of one to two books, they are placed in a hard envelope made of recycled cardboard (at a price of CHF 2.00). If several books are ordered simultaneously, they will be placed in a box depending on the volume (price to be defined according to the size of the box). In Switzerland, delivery is guaranteed within one or two working days. En Suisse, la livraison est assurée en un ou deux jours ouvrables.

For addresses in Switzerland, your book will be sent by A mail
1 book: CHF 2.00
2 books: CHF 4.00

In Europe, a book will be delivered between 4 and 8 days, at a price of CHF 8.00
Outside Europe, a book will be delivered between 7 to 20 days, at a price of CHF 9.00
Please note that delivery rates are adjusted according to the number of books ordered and the total weight of the shipment.
CUSTOMS CLEARANCE COSTS
The customer is responsible for customs clearance costs, which vary from one country to another.

REFUNDS
The sale of the book is final. No returns or refunds are possible.
DAMAGED ITEMS
We only replace books that have been damaged during shipping. If such damage has occurred, please send an email as soon as you receive the book to gaelle@iwishyoustories.ch with photos of the book and the mailing envelope, showing its altered state.
